Getting to the Meeting Point

The meeting point for the tour is in the center of Florence, so it’s incredibly easy to get to. When I went on this tour, we met at the carousel in Piazza della Repubblica and Azzurra was quick to communicate the entire time to ensure we all found her.

The Experience

This experience began with a traditional Italian espresso at a local cafe in the piazza.

Next, we headed to a nearby rooftop with a perfect view of the duomo. Here, our group spent a good amount of time getting to know each other while enjoying a classic spritz and aperitivo. There was plenty of food for us all to leave well-fed.

Our second rooftop had 365 degree views of the city and we took them all in with a glass of Brunello in our hands.

The final stop was for artisanal gelato, which was a perfect ending to a lovely tour. Because the experience ended around 8 pm, our group ended up deciding to all go and grab dinner together. As a solo traveler, this was so much fun and allowed me to meet people to hang out with for the next few days.
